Our Artists
At HeroPawz, we have access not only to the original artist, Sculptor Alan Hamwi, but also to Sculptors like Leslie Hutto. Both are insanely accomplished in their field and are highly sought after for their work.
If you are interested in a life size sculpture of your K9, please reach out and lets make this happen. Each artist offers a different style for your demanding needs.
Once the maquette is created, it can be scaled up to your requirements as well as making "copies" for multiple presentations.
The Process
Every single texture point on these pads were created with a texture tool. EVERY SINGLE ONE! There are thousands of texture points! The shape was constructed to give a rise of approximately 1.75" to give it depth and the overall size of the original sculpture is approximately 17.5 x 18.5 inches. We have modified the original by creating separate molds for each pad to give us the flexibility to mount on different substrates to create engaging tribute pieces for each tribute we produce.
